It is reported that the processes of artificial stone production line, including materials batching, mixing, distributing, press forming, grinding and cutting are all mechanically completed. Compared with traditional product of artificial stone production line, the product of this line has the advantages of low water absorption, strong kinetic resistant ability, high bending resistant and wear resistant, which promotes product replacing and upgrading in domestic stone industry.

The heavy processes including batching, mixing, distributing, press forming and grinding of the production line is automatically completed by the machine, which only requires 15 staff members for auxiliary control on site.
