200t/h Mobile Production Line for Construction Waste in Beijing

The client of this 200tph MOBILE PRODUCTION LINE for construction waste is from a resource recycling company in Beijing. The project uses construction waste generated from infrastructure projects around Beijing as the raw material. However, these resources are unevenly distributed and far apart, and some demolition sites only have a small scale, which requires equipment to be frequently transferred. How to deal with construction waste at low cost and high capacity becomes a priority concern for customers. This customer selected the mobile production line including mobile crushing and screening equipment by DSMAC after lots of investigations. The project is designed to process 1.2 million tons per year by adopting the process of crushing and screening. The mobile production line is flexible and convenient to transfer with less working environment restrictions, so that it can reduce the cost of raw material transportation. At the same time, the equipment does not require infrastructure, saving the initial investment of money and time; besides, its installation is simple and fast, ensuring it can be put into production soon after arrival.
