The SELF-PROPELLED STONE PROCESSING PLANT independently designed and manufactured by Zhengzhou Dingsheng is a complete set of movable new mining equipment which integrates processes of feeding, crushing, screening, dust suppression and light material separation. Its biggest advantage is being able to going everywhere just relying on remote controlling system without labor driving, which saves labor cost; its driving device is also dual-power, supporting oil and electricity, which perfectly solves the problem of insufficient resources in some countries and regions. The self-propelled stone processing plant is divided into two types: wheel type, driven by multi-tire, and crawler type with 500mm self-propelled belts. On the vehicle is various types of crushing and screening equipment, such as impact crusher, jaw crusher, cone crusher and so on. There are five models available for each of them to meet the diverse production needs. In addition to being applied for stone and ore, self-propelled stone processing plant can also be used to urban construction for the recycling of building waste. A variety of construction wastes, such as demolition bricks and concrete blocks, are pretreated and then put into the crushing cavity. The rebars in the concrete would be first removed and then the pure concrete would be broken into recycled aggregates or sand of different sizes, to achieve the purpose of regeneration and environmental protection. The finished product can be used for making bricks, pre-mixed mortar, road bed, etc.
