Today, we will walk into the DSMAC Industrial Park to explore the production base of WHEELED MOBILE CRUSHING STATION.

WAF series wheeled mobile crushing station is an integrated mobile crushing equipment by DSMAC Group adopting Sino-Austrian joint venture technology on the basis of more than 20 years of production experience. It is ideal to crush construction waste, ore, rock and other materials with capacity of 50 to 350 tons per hour.

The wheeled mobile crushing station is mainly composed of feeder, crusher, unloader, belt conveyor and other components. The ZSW vibrating feeder adopts a folding silo under which there is a standard grizzly screen for separating the fine sand and soil in the construction waste raw materials, and reducing unnecessary wear and tear on the wearing parts of the impact crusher. The core part of this wheeled mobile crushing station is the AF series European type impact crusher. It is regarded as a special crusher to process construction waste. The crusher adopts hydraulic cover opening method. Its chassis is made of manganese plate with high strength and the impact liner is of Hardox steel. The crushing cavity is equipped with rebar cutting device to prevent steel bar from twining and blocking.

The unloader is set under the crusher, because on the one hand it can effectively prevent the rebar from falling directly and puncturing the belt, and on the other hand it can evenly convey the aggregate to the belt. A strong magnetic iron removal device is installed at the front end of the main belt to completely separate the rebar and iron in the aggregate. The overall frame of this wheeled mobile crushing station adopts Q345B high-strength steel plate and hydraulic legs. The feeding mouth and all sources of dust are equipped with dust reduction devices.

The whole device adopts an integrated design, realizing that the machine itself can automatically adjust the feeding speed to achieve the best state. DSMAC aims to make our wheeled mobile crushing station’s capacity more than 40% higher than those of other same type; compared with those of the same capacity, energy consumption can be reduced by 30% to 35%, so that the annual operating costs are saved by about 230 thousand dollars.
