Three Tracked Jaw Crushing and Screening Units Delivered to Europe Successfully

Three TRACKED JAW CRUSHING and scalping units loaded for the road to Europe from the Zhengzhou Dingsheng production base at the end of last month, have reached the destination yesterday and delivered to the customer successfully. Soon later, these equipment will be used in a local quarry to produce high-quality building materials.

In September last year, a European customers got in touch with our company to seek for cooperation. They want to order a mobile stone production line, which must meet the multiple needs of final products, also the stable performance and reasonable price. According to his requirements for discharge size and output, we provided a solution with two tracked jaw crushing units and a heavy-duty scalping unit.

Two tracked jaw crushing units are model TJC900 and TJC800, adopting the European type jaw crusher JC600*900 and JC500*830 equipped with diesel generator set, Cummins Euro III. The max. single output can reach up to 250 tons per hour. The JC series jaw crusher is built in line with the most advanced Austrian crushing technology. With bolted construction, the outstanding design provides the toughest fatigue strength and easy to be transported. The steep cavity boosts the reduction ratio of the feed materials. The tracked jaw crushing plant is ideal for the toughest material condition in various application.

The core part of model RC38 tracked scalper is the screen 1200*2500 driven by diesel generator set. It has a good performance in multistage crushing processes to split the products between the primary and secondary crusher. The material is typically fed by the excavator. The feeder lifts material to two-deck screen which then separates material to oversize and side conveyors.

These three tracked jaw crushing and scalping units are made to order. What is more, the final products have proven to be better than most of those from small factories.
