150tph Fine Sand Production Line Put into Production in Sichuan Province, China

Several days before, a FINE SAND PRODUCTION LINE with capacity of 150tph by DSMAC Group® has began to put into production successfully. On the first day, it had a good performance of productivity and final products, which gained praise from client.

This fine sand production line adopts GF series sand maker as grinding equipment. This machine is specially upgraded as an excellent solution to dry mortar sand manufacturing. The original sand maker is designed with a simple vertical structure and features hierarchical crushing, easy operation, low energy consumption and little dust. There is no sieve plate so that the problem of blocking is eliminated. The hammerhead uses a hinge structure making it convenient for replacement. After being upgraded by engineers of DSMAC, now it is a good choice for fine sand production line. This optimized vertical shaft impactor integrates function of fine crushing and coarse milling. The simplicity makes this unit low energy consumption and dust emission without blockage. The swing hammer are designed in hinged geometry and made of special alloy steel for various applications.
