300TPH CDW Recycling and Sand Making Plant Ready for Production in Hubei Province

In order to recycle the construction and demolition waste to turn them into high value resources, one of our clients decided to invest in a 300 tons per hour CDW RECYCLING AND SAND MAKING PLANT in Hubei Province, China. The civil engineering and equipment installation of this project were started in November last year, and now generally come to an end. All processes have been closed and connected, and will be officially put into operation soon. The CDW recycling and sand making plant covers a total area of 50 acres. With the 300tph capacity, the whole project can create high value sand materials from construction and demolition waste. According to the planning, after it is put into production, it can help the locals to recycle 700,000 tons of construction waste every year. The end products including high quality fine sand and aggregates will have applications in the production of permeable bricks, curbstones, recycled concrete blocks and other environmentally friendly recycled products, which can not only resolved the environmental pollution caused by the massive construction and demolition waste, but also enrich the urban construction materials.
