Several days before, Zhengzhou Dingsheng successfully signed an iron ore sand production line with a capacity of 1,600 tph with a Xinjiang customer. The XPCS1600 SUPER-LARGE DUAL-ROTOR SAND MAKING MACHINE was the core equipment of the production line.
XPCS1600 super-large double-rotor sand making machine is a new generation of sand making equipment by Zhengzhou Dingsheng absorbing global technical advantages and combining domestic industry conditions with years of production experience. It can increase production, reduce consumption and improve economic benefits.
In 2017, our company had provided a customized production line adopting XPCS1600 super large double-rotor sand making machine for a Chongqing customer. This customer wanted to build a large-scale sand production line, and he also put forward high requirements on the output, sand formation rate, particle shape and consumables indicators. Our newly developed super-large double-rotor sand making machine has a processing capacity of 1600t/h and a designed finished sand output of 750t/h, which perfectly meet customers’ needs. The customer ordered two machines which have been installed and put into production at the beginning of 2019. Since the output and the finished product shape have reached or exceeded the customer's expectations, in August 2019, the customer ordered another super-large double-rotor sand making machine to expand capacity.
