Zhengzhou Dingsheng Designs 200TPH Sand and Gravel Production Line for Client

Recently, Zhengzhou Dingsheng has successfully delivered 200TPH SAND AND GRAVEL PRODUCTION LINE to the customer in Kangding City, Sichuan Province, China. At present, the complete set of equipment is under intense installation and commissioning, which is supervised and guided by our technicians. After the production line put into production, the final sand and gravel can be used as concrete aggregates in the local construction work of roads, bridges, buildings, etc., to perfectly solve the problem of resource shortage of sandstone aggregate.

According to the local unique geographical environment, taking the distributing feature of stone resources and the practical necessity of customers into consideration, also to meet the demand of sustainable development of the ecological environment, the senior engineers of Zhengzhou Dingsheng finally determined this environmentally friendly design of 200TPH sand and gravel production line after over-and-over modification. The biggest feature of the production line is that it has no dust and noise pollution thanks to the special plant covering; the equipment runs stably with high production efficiency and low power consumption. The sand and gravel are well-graded and the finished product has excellent particle shape which meets the requirements of high-grade concrete aggregate.

We have organized systematic training of 200TPH sand and gravel production line's operation and popularized the troubleshooting and solutions to common equipment problems for the customer.
